The app also keeps things easy managing both my checking and my savings as well as the mortgage loan I took on recently. Karen Tolliver made the process so much easier than going at it alone and was there every step including answering all my questions even now after the loan was approved. Bank staff is always friendly and I appreciate that anytime there's a problem it's handled with professionalism and care.

Went in at 11:45 to open a new personal checking account and was met by a new kiosk with a tablet to check in, they wanted name, telephone number, and email. While I was entering this info other customers walked right past to the tellers and got immediate service. After entering the information there was no directions on what to do next so we sat down and waited and waited, finally my wife got back in line for a teller and found out we were third in line, why we couldn’t get that info from the tablet is confusing. I realize that lunchtime is a busy time for service related industries but it is a usual practice for service providers to take their lunch at times other than their customers, there were non-teller personnel that left while we were sitting there. Customer service is usually good here, today it was not, we wasted our lunch time and accomplished nothing.
