Our goal is to provide the best financial products and high-end service to the members that choose to bank with us. Valerie has always been one that I have asked for to help with anything and she has never disappointed! Can tell that she really cares, going above and beyond in multiple instances to make sure everything is taken care of properly!

When applying for a pre approval, I had the help of Christopher, Roger, and Val who assisted me with my loan! Jessica also helped me on the teller end, which assisted me as well. There is amazing elizabeth was the one there to give me my first loan? Many, many years ago I highly recommend going there for any banking needs. And loans, the staff really does treat you like family. And they care a lot about their customers.

From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution for my needs. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such great customer service, but Sydney truly went above and beyond. I also had a great experience with Jessica at the same location! She was super helpful! She took the time to walk me through every step and made the entire process simple! Which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to both of them! I definitely recommend going to this location and recommending these two! If you are looking at the location in Portage I recommend Jennifer H! You can truly tell when someone loves what they do, and Jennifer, is one of those people. Her warmth and compassion made a big difference, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention they showed. This credit union is lucky to have someone like her, and I couldn’t recommend her more! Overall, wonderful experience with all the workers but these three stood out the most to me! If you’re looking for a place to make your financial needs feel valued, this is the place!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment and say, “Thank you Valerie”. Recently, I decided to purchase a new vehicle for our AZ home. I contacted Valerie, sent my updated information, and said I would be in contact. I called Valerie one afternoon and said I pulled the trigger. I asked if she could finalize the loan and wire the money. I’m sure she was busy, but she took care of everything! I later asked my dealership if they received funds from USFCU. The person at the dealership handling my paperwork complimented USFCU. He said the person from USFCU called for information, wired the funds, then made a follow up phone call. Thanks Valerie! It’s appreciated.
