Waste of a hard working person's time. Loan people are not knowledgeable and are misleading.

This Branch is the worst branch EVER. Their server goes down every month and still takes deposits. But never shows it online. I'm literally on a business trip and got stuck because of their server down. And this is the only card I carry for business trip expenses. They are very slow in branch as well as customer service. I'm stuck in middle of nowhere , can't get gas , food , or hotel. When I visit the branch, noones there and still they don't call you until 10~30 minutes. After this trip , most likely will switch up the bank. Worst bank, worst BRANCH, and most of all, worst people working there.

If there was a way to leave a zero star review I would. I've been with old national since 2016. Just yesterday I asked for a loan wanting $700 but they force you to borrow a min. of $2500. So since I needed money and the payments were affordable I did the loan application. And when I got off the phone at 2 PM I was told I would know soon Well around 3:30 I got a call saying the loan people couldn't verify my address well I confirmed my address and I was told she would email them and let them know and call me before they close. Well never heard anything so at 10:30 this morning I called and discovered that the original lady who did my request was gone so another person was helping me. So I found out she never responded to their request to confirm my address so the new lady told me she would do it. Over another hour passed before she called to tell me that she confirmed my address. And also told me that there was a fraud detected because even though I clearly told the original lady I've lived at my current address for five years she told the loan people that I've lived here fourteen years which didn't match their records. So needless to say I got denied. But they didn't even let me know I had to call and ask for a update. I regret the day I ever started banking here. Nothing but incompetent workers who need to do their job better.
