- LTLarry ThomasNov 5, 20252.0I called the north Terre Haute branch of Old National bank multiple times during business hours to get information on my lockbox and could not speak to anyone. I tried four different phone numbers and left voicemails each time but it was 40 minutes before I got a call back. This so called customer service is unacceptable anywhere but especially at a bank holding my money. I'd recommend using another bank in Terre Haute that does more than just talk about serving its customers.
