- MMMaryApr 3, 20241.0Who in their right mind would bank where they are only open from 9AM to 4PM??! This prevents a vast majority of people from any chance of ever making into the bank if needed. Stop on your way to work? Nope not open yet. Stop on your way home from work? Nope already closed.
- JPJustin PattersonJun 20, 20231.0Lady at the counter did not want to help me set up direct deposit, even explain to her I did not know how she still insisted I do it and with an attitude asked me to remove my sunglasses which she should never asked any customer to do and I had to explain to her that these are my prescription I have no other glasses but these are prescription and she gave me the dirtiest look and gave me attitude the rest of my visit I will not be banking with you guys rudest person I think I've ever met she should not be in customer service
