    Leigh-Anne assisted me in a business deposit today. It's not my usual bank, but it was still a good experience. They had some nice music in the lobby area, so it was nice to listen to while I waited. It seemed like the two ladies working knew most of the clients.

    I got a phone call the other day from my Syracuse Indiana KeyBank branch. I knew it was them because Verizon put them on my call screen before I answered. I was confused why they were calling because my bank balance there was then $0. I answered anyway. I had a two-minute conversation with what I could only assume was a teller at the branch. They were just calling to check and see how I'm doing. You read that right, they called to check and see how I was doing. During a pandemic. I will never take my banking business anywhere else again. Even though I didn't have even a penny in my account they made me feel important to them. I will not forget that gesture. Corporations rarely care about a single customer. KeyBank cares.
