We’ve been with Old National Bank for several years now and have finally made the decision to find another bank. We should have done this a long time ago! We loved it when our old manager was there. Every time we had an issue all we had to do was call her and she would always take care of the situation… always! And… right away! After Chris left they hired some guy who doesn’t even bother to tuck in his shirt or button the top button of his shirt or tie his tie. But, this is on the bank… we’ve been having problems with a scammer calling themselves microsoft. They manage to steal money from my account even though I’ve told my good friend “Jonathon” that it is a scam! Yet, not only does he not provide me with any documentation from this so called microsoft, he has called me names and has actually hung up on me!! When my husband went in to talk to him, he suggested that I was some ditz who “was more than likely just fooling around one day on my computer and was clicking on different things and I didn’t know what I was doing” that I must have clicked on microsoft because I liked the color scheme”! OMG! Can you imagine that? What an idiotic and totally misogynistic thing to say! But, from this guy… totally expected! 1st you can’t just click on something and they just suddenly have access to your bank account! Uhhh… no! You have to give them that information! I did NOT GIVE ANYONE MY BANK INFORMATION… EVER! I have. Sent him my current and past history with the real MS twice now! I originally had a student Home and Office that never expired. That was Windows 7. When o updated I purchased another Student Home and Office which didn’t expire. That was for Windows. Finally it was time to upgrade to Win 11 and now I pay annual fee on my cc. The bank initially credited the last charge from the scammer but Jonathon, in his infinite wisdom, reposted the charge and took the credit! I am resending my documentation again, this time, to his boss Angie. If it doesn’t get fixed this time I’m going to the bank and speaking to the NEXT person in line, whom ever that person might be… I am going to get my money back! This has been going on for years now and they know better! Seems like they have no problem paying “MY MONEY “ to a scammer but they have a REAL PROBLEM ADMITTING THEY ARE WRONG AND PAYING ME BACK! They’ve proven to us that they are simply unable to protect our money from fraud. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us. The first time this same scammer hacked my laptop and got into our banking and managed to steal over $600. When we filed a complaint with the bank they refused to do anything because they said that they (the scammer) had our information and I couldn’t prove that neither I nor my husband didn’t give it to them! I’m beginning to wonder just exactly who the real scammer is here!!!??? Who’s really taking our money? Interestingly enough, the charges that are happening now are all in the same amount and they began shortly after that first one for over $600! I will be credited back. I’m externally angry. And I definitely don’t like being made out to look like an idiot! Certainly not by some guy who doesn’t even know how to tuck in or button up his shirt! I’m truly happy to be moving to a more professional atmosphere with our new bank. This is unfortunate too because the men and women who one never sees at Old National Bank, the ones who are working behind the scenes, are very hard working and dedicated people. Had this incident reached one of them I have no doubt it would have been taken care of immediately and it would be business as usual. We certainly would not have had to find a new bank. But, as I am so fond of saying, it is what it is. Jonathon’s boss, Angie called me once, I returned her call and left a message never to hear back from her again. I suppose she didn’t have the time.

Paid my car loan off in full 2 years early and they won’t stop my payments automatically. Now, I will either end up going my old monthly amount until I get the form by mail to sign and send back or call my real bank and begin their stop payment process, which will cost me a fee of $50. So to keep my money I have to pay or wait forever to get reimbursed for the money they don’t need to take out because my loan balance is zero. I tried to get them to send me this stop payment form via email so I could get this done before the 15th (7 days from now), but they won’t do that for security reasons.
Just stop my payments when I don’t owe you anything. Makes logical sense. Thank goodness your not my bank. I will never do business with you again.
