- HHheatherDec 31, 20251.0I have had accounts here for years, dating back to when it was Mutual. Two checking accounts, a savings, and a CD. Up until recently, I have had good experiences. Not anymore though. My CD matured and someone from the Ireland Rd. branch called me to go over new rates. Ok, great. Wrong! Whoever called didn't give me the rate we discussed of over 3%. Instead I got the rollover rate of something like .34%. I have called multiple times, only to be told "the people in the back" are working on it. Meanwhile, I am losing money. Needless to say I won't be reinvesting when it matures again. I'm also shopping around to move my accounts.

I then called corporate who said to call branch next day. I called branch 11.26.25, phone rang several times then I was disconnected. I called corp customer service again 11.26.25. After explaining the situation, I was put on a long hold twice and finally hung up.
