- SSSeriously SickenedJul 11, 20221.0I just I just opened a checking account and they had NO MANAGER for this store. Apparently the Hispanic lady helping me open my account was substituting from another store and messed up and didn't send my debit card because she was too busy screaming in my face at other Hispanics walking in the door talking in Spanish and she wasn't paying attention to my situation and she told me I would be getting my new debit card in 7-10 business days but it's been 14 and I still haven't received it. Apparently after calling another store they said she NEVER EVEN SENT IT!!!! I've never dealt with such horrible customer service by a manager of a bank dealing with my hard earned money. Don't expect to get a debit card for a month going with this bank.
