First, their online banking doesn't work properly, then the loan is closed but still shown as open online, then they randomly charge me for a closed account that was paid off and still shows a $0 balance. They are very disorganized and their systems make absolutely no sense. How can I be charged $5 for a closed account showing zero balance? Asinine. Their customer service is fine but the fact that I have to call them every single month because of some issue is ridiculous. Stay away.
