- KKKimBDec 11, 20252.0When Everwuse credit Union used to be teachers credit Union it was a really good place. Since they switched from teachers credit Union to Everwise it's gone downhill all the way. Some of the customer service representatives are just downright rude. Or they don't know their job. On top of that their app has so many problems it's utterly ridiculous. When it was teachers credit Union very rarely did we ever have any problems with the app at all. I don't know what's going on with that place but if I had a better place to go I would but I've been with them a long time and I don't want to change right now. Please investigate other credit unions to see how they are before you join ever wise. They don't have a complaint department you have to call one of their reps, to me that's a bunch of BS you should be able to call and actually talk to somebody in a complaint or compliance department
