    I had a very pleasant experience especially from the the teller i believe his name was koby very sweet always had a smile throughout the appointment and helped ke through with opening my account was nervous cause i was downgrading from chase but the experience made it feel 10 times better thank you koby and key-bank for letting me know i made a good choice ….ps who ever was coughing that day hopefully got better and took medicine

    I love KeyBank. This branch, in Shelbyville, is my favorite! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous as far as setting up an account, I was fresh in the work force and hadn't had a bank account before, but they made the process very easy. Plus, shout out to the ladies and gentlemen that work here, they were very considerate to what would be best for me financially. I appreciate the institution and I love the people who put in the time and effort to make this branch as client friendly as possible.

    It's a bank, so not a lot to say, ha. Its clean inside, the workers are friendly, they have a drive up window, and are willing to help you with your banking needs. Plenty of close parking, and open good hours. ATM on side too. Located on main drag in middle of town.

    Keybank offers a variety of financial services that are widely available in Indiana, the Midwest, and nationwide. This branch has always provided me with good service related to savings, checking, investment, and loans. The banking chain lagged for a long time with electronic solutions, but has made up for lost time with highly functional and secure mobile banking. As with most for-profit institutions, their rates and fees associated with loans and other services cannot compare to credit unions. However, for my everyday banking needs, Keybank has been the choice for 15 years and counting.
