I've been with this bank for 14 years and I am about to take my accounts to PNC. Keep it up ladies and this branch will close as well. Edit: 6/25/21 another "great" experience today. Pulled into drive thru.. sent the canister. Waited 5 minutes, canister came back. Yes my transaction was complete but nobody greeted me, nobody asked if that was all I needed. Where has the customer service gone!? The only saving grace is the guy who works the window. If he isn't there or is busy, do not expect good service.
