- MJMolly JohannemannNov 12, 20251.0Poor communication this go around. My camper policy was good through 10/31. They sent a request in September but never called, emailed just decided I’d get a second policy through them. So I was changed double payments, paid my normal amount because I was unaware, though I submitted all information 10/10 before my policy ended so I was never not insured and was reported to the credit bureau and they definitely had to reach out to my insurance to verify which they could have done from the beginning. When I called on all of this, they said they purchased a policy because I didn’t submit my new policy a month early, then told me a camper name that I didn’t even have and I got passed around like a baton to all departments and today was marked as a late payment through the credit bureau. As a single mom, I want thank them for doing all this right before Christmas, and this is my 2nd or 3rd finance through them but definitely my absolute LAST. 😁
