- BMBrianna MelendezSep 27, 20193.0Just made a deposit there and the girl with dreads doesn’t say anything. No hi, no smile. Nothing. I said hi and still no emotion. Had a personality of a shoe. She then gives me my cash back and doesn’t give me an envelope. I feel like every time I go to any location, mostly the woman, who come to the window always have an attitude. The bank is great overall but seems like you really need to train your employees on how to treat customers. We all have bad days but fake a smile, it’s not hard.
