- ASAmanda SnowAug 1, 20241.0Initially spoke with financial advisor a month ago for heloc vs equity loan. Lost his number, [our fault], but have called his office extension and left voicemail. Never any follow up after weeks. Tried to call main office to see if they could put him into contact and they refuse to answer the phones. This location is also very bad about giving you the 5th degree and trying to bully you for pulling out your own money. Unhappy with northwest in general, but know all banks are about the same nowadays. The location on Jackson Street is usually a little better.

They close at 4pm. Thankfully called the Yorktown location and they got me squared away even though they have the same hours!
