She proceeded to basically tell my fiancé to shut up by saying “AHT AHT AHT stop talking!” Like she was a child. Then she REFUSED to close our bank account after we were unsatisfied with the transition. We have banked with them for the last 2 years until today. I signed up with chase bank & they gave 200 for switching
