- ADAnnella DixonMar 9, 20211.0Dawn Hines made a critical error in judgement about my investments. When questioned I was told she could not talk to me. No reply from Dawn or anyone from Edward Jones until after I moved my money to another company “months”later! Edward Jones pushes mutual funds because that is how they make the most money at the client’s cost! As if read from a cue card Dawn always replies to questions by saying, “I have your money invested in exactly the same way my parents and grandparents money is invested!” Followed by, “I sleep well!” I asked Dawn several times to explain how Edward Jones charges. No viable answer given. Do your homework before investing with Edward Jones.
