- JFJeffrey Ford4 days ago2.0When Everwise was TCU It was better. It sickens me to have customer service representatives that do not have command of the English language trying to help me. I am tired of Mr. Followed by my first name and everything I say being parroted back to me repeatedly. Technology sucks I miss the personal element it strips from Banking. I am actively seeking a new source for my banking/ credit union needs. I had a need for my past statements for a legal proceeding. I tried to see them on my phone but could not open them on my $1500 android. So? Yesterday was told by Alex he could "email them over" they did not arrive. I called this a.m. to verify and inquire where they were. I was told even though paper receipts were NEVER afforded to me and I have no ability to open their digital files, I should pay them $4 for each monthly statement ? Really? To push send on a file costs four dollars? Very very poor Everwise. You are not what you used to be.

Dennis the teller was helping me and asked me some very good questions and then suggested products that not only save me money but will also help make money through interest. I did not even know that they offered some of these products. I am now set up with a much better situation for my family.

- LLLaurenSep 29, 20251.0Horrible customer service. I went in for regards to my auto loan payment and needed help with adding an external bank account to add money to my auto loan each month. They lady I spoke with couldn't help me in the way I needed assistance. This is the first time ever I had this problem where an employee at a bank couldn't help me with my account that I have there. I had an auto loan here a little over 10 years ago when it was still teachers credit union and I never had an issue with them.
