- JRJohn RitchDec 7, 20251.0This might be a good place to post things hopefully I'll get what I'm asking after I explain my review based on what the bank is telling me and doing to me so on July 14th I opened a account up there and then a couple of months if I'm not mistaken I got a line of credit witch was 700 and after I got approved I started seeing my amount I paid going more tourge my principal instead of my actual payment and asked why and got told it's going to help credit well apon the next visit I was trying to get a loan of 700 to a 1,000 but got denied do to me oweing Verizon wireless well I called Jefferson Capital to see why it shows that and apon asking about it found out there was a first class action lawsuit against Verizon wireless over there high fees and other situations and before I called Jefferson Capital I got approved at two other places one is world finance in Kentucky and got approved based on my situation with Verizon wireless being on my report so can someone over centra credit Union get this mess up taken care cuz based on other people's answers I got is there credit is way worse then mine and still get help at the bank I need answers cuz I need help with a loan it's poor service knowing u get told by the bank of yeah open a account and we will help u with ur credit and help u apply for a loan but the true story behind what they said to me was not only a lie but to build a higher level of respect on getting people at there banks to only shoot them down after they get denied I'll be requesting a transfer to a different bank that is centra credit Union once I get my life on track with real people who don't lie just to get ur service I'm not very satisfied with the disrespect I got from the loan agents that told me to be careful on paying Jefferson Capital the 1,000 well now I don't half to worry cuz I got a legal aid helping me with Jefferson Capital on getting my credit disputed on all three of my credit reports have a nice life with lying to ur newly customers hopefully they see this and not get a account opened up there
