- LKLady KSep 18, 20251.0This has got to be the worst customer service branch in Lafayette. The manager ignored everyone waiting in line even though people in line were looking right at her. Only one teller was behind the counter.Then after the employees finished chatting in the managers office the gentleman comes out and says how can I help you? " I like Your nails they are really really pretty." Very exaggerated tone.It was uncomfortable. People just want to be acknowledged even if you are busy.. "Be with you in a moment." Instead everyone was ignored and told that they were busy with personal matters with employees.

However, the last several visits to the branch off of 26 near Mejiers has been very unacceptable! Treated rude and definitely shown discrimination by Michelle. I get that there are ways you must do things, but being rude and treated this way is unacceptable!!! People from all over the world come to Lafayette for school and what not. This isn't acceptable and I won't be treated so poorly! Very sad for 2021. Ferra however was great today, thank you!!!
