- LKLady KSep 18, 20251.0This has got to be the worst customer service branch in Lafayette. The manager ignored everyone waiting in line even though people in line were looking right at her. Only one teller was behind the counter.Then after the employees finished chatting in the managers office the gentleman comes out and says how can I help you? " I like Your nails they are really really pretty." Very exaggerated tone.It was uncomfortable. People just want to be acknowledged even if you are busy.. "Be with you in a moment." Instead everyone was ignored and told that they were busy with personal matters with employees.

Happened twice now where I call and no answer, yet watch numerous people beat on the door and you let them in. If it’s appointment only, turn them away and make them call. As for appointment only Saturdays.... you can go inside Monday thru Friday so Covid must only spread on Saturdays. Don’t say your short tellers because I’ve seen 3-4 in there every time I go.
