- MHmakaylah hamm1 day ago1.0Every time you mistype your username or Face ID doesn’t recognize your face it locks you out of your account and your only options are waiting on an hour phone call or going in and waiting at a branch. I get wanting security but this is too much of a hassle to expect your clients to just waist an hour or more out of their day every time their account is locked for a simple mistake. This is the most inefficient method I’ve witnessed for “fraudulent activity.” I’ve never had this issue at another bank.

Send them your ip address and service provider then you have a timed qa answer anything wrong you get to start all over. I get being secure but it should not take 45 minutes to verify who I am just to get my user id. If this happens to you save yourself the headache and just go wait at a branch instead
