Your members call, waiting to talk to associate to set appointment, only to be transferred to another branch who doesn't answer and tells you leave a message. Giving you more than ample time to catch up on the news, make a grocery list and time to respond to this comment section. I have an idea. Bring back a few of your employees to let more members in and get someone to answer the phone more often.

And you can't even directly get ahold of someone at the nearest bank. They need better ways to solve card issues. And put a direct number to the bank. Probably gonna start losing customers.
