- CSC SDec 20, 20221.0I have been with this bank for a couple of years and I suppose since I was constantly pouring my money into the account I was fine. I have recently found myself being charged fees that some have been taken off because of their errors, but not all even though they are still at fault. I have overdraft protection and I have no idea why because it's completely useless! Everyone has been rude and useless at this point. Do not recommend!

Now I have more problems than I can state. 1 including being told they don't know what is going on with any 9f my accounts or how to fix them. Corporate just says they aren't at fault, that I made all the mistakes. Pull the call history, listen to the calls I have made. This ALL falls into a staff member this branch and neither this employee nor anyone else will own up to it. I'm absolutely done with this bank. Please do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.
