My account got locked and you told me to visit a branch, but there are none in my state. I will move my funds to another bank and close my accounts online since that is the only access you allow. Already sent a Twitter DM. Was told my case was being reviewed. Won't be a problem if not resolved by the end of this week, because my accounts will be closed. Don't play with my money. Still no response. Closing my accounts first thing Monday morning.
