    I would never and have never banked here but unfortunately I had a client write a check that happened to be a customer of KeyBank as well. I took the personal check here at the Kokomo location was charged $7.50 to cash there own check cause I didn't bank with them but the person that wrote the check does. They then asked for my id which is normal to make sure the check was wrote out to me and I'm the guy cashing the check but they asked for my driver's license and then told me they had to take a picture of it and asked for my social as well. I never went though so many hoops to cash a check especially when it's the banks own check. I asked why they need a picture of my id and my social number they said it's something they do to cash a check. The lady was rude and disrespectful when I asked questions she told me if I didn't like there rules cash it some where else. This place is a joke and just like all banks loan out your money to others without you knowing that's how banks get by and profit from you they loan your money out that's why when you go in to get a few grand they tell you that you gotta order your money 😆 that's cause they loan it out.
