And when I asked was this in the policy she said no! And continued to roll her eyes and be very rude with me! Sad part about it is she wasn’t the teller assisting me. I’ll never come back here and will be closing my account! She also stated that the reason why was to prevent fraud!!! Smh how does that even make sense???? Is it because I’m black???? I don’t get it!!! You’re able to order a debit card but can’t get an atmosphere prevent fraud when you can’t even overdraft with atm cards??? I didn’t get her name but she’s a blonde with very bad sunburn and server nasal congestion. Oh her name is Ashley!!!!! Don’t deal with ashley
- BRBrenton RussellMar 3, 20214.0Best bank in town! They're always kind and helpful. I had to add to my review. I removed one star because Jim, who says he's the lead teller always gives me issues. It's still the best bank in town, however, on my visit today, Jim tells me THEY won't be able to order anymore quarters for me since I only have a checking account. Last week when I requested quarters be ordered for me, there was no problem. So, Keybank Corporate, am I going to have to close my account or will you tell Jim he's wrong and to stop refusing my request?
