  Bank teller this morning was very rude an unprofessional! I was told I couldn’t get an atm card because my account isn’t 60 days old. And when I asked was this in the policy she said no! And continued to roll her eyes and be very rude with me! Sad part about it is she wasn’t the teller assisting me. I’ll never come back here and will be closing my account! She also stated that the reason why was to prevent fraud!!! Smh how does that even make sense???? Is it because I’m black???? I don’t get it!!! You’re able to order a debit card but can’t get an atmosphere prevent fraud when you can’t even overdraft with atm cards??? I didn’t get her name but she’s a blonde with very bad sunburn and server nasal congestion. Oh her name is Ashley!!!!! Don’t deal with ashley

  If There Was a Zero That is Exactly what I would give Key Bank on Meridian for lack of Professionalism. I Don’t know the Teller’s name that Didn’t Help Me, but she has a Button on her Desk Window that says something about “Dad Jokes”. I went in to cash a Check and She said that she WON’T cash it until she Speaks to the Person who wrote Me the Check or I can Open an Account there or take it to My own Bank. I told Her that I had Just Moved here, and I Didn’t Have a Bank Account, and I wanted to open one there, but I was going to go back an other time because my son had to go to work. I stepped aside while My Son kept talking to Her. I then told My Son that I Didn’t like how the Teller Barked at me and we left. In my opinion she Needs more Customer Service Training.

  I am beyond disappointed with key bank and their level of professionalism. My husband has had a recurrent problem withdrawing money due to fraud on key banks end, and almost 2 months into this fraud case, he is still having issues getting his weekly paycheck. But the real topper is that yesterday I went into the branch to put money into my checking. This morning I wake up and 1,000 dollars is MISSING out of my savings account and it says it was withdrawn yesterday when all I did was add funds to a different account. This is beyond unprofessional and completely inexcusable. The tellers that handle money need to be retrained and looked into because I have never EVER had these kinds of issues with a bank before. If you want your money to be protected and safe, do not bank with key.
