    I opened an account online and transferred $3,500 into the account. The following week I got a notice that my account was locked and that I needed to go show my ID. What I didn’t know was it would take over a week to unlock my account. They locked access to my funds and to this day it is still locked and I have zero money. I’m told it will be another view days but I’m getting an attorney tomorrow. DO NOT OPEN an account at key bank

    Was in today Saturday and I went to teller and asked politely if I could get in my safety deposit box. The teller looked at what I believed to be a supervisor and I was told no. I said ok and left. I made a mistake by getting there at 1152am on a Saturday but all I wanted to do is put a document in the lockbox. Sorry that someone might have to work over maybe a minute or so. My document can't wait until Monday I guess.Thanks so much for not helping out

    I have banked with Key for 20 years. The last year the issue with the bank machine has been horrendous in not working half the time. When I started banking with key, there were several locations. Now there are hardly any. The icing on the cake today, The machine ate my check and kept my card. I called the 800 # in which they said they would send an email to the office to reach out to me, Monday meanwhile “we are truly sorry for the inconvenience “. Where is customer service gone?

    Called ahead and they said I could get a cahsiers check in the drive thru. Once there, they said I had to come inside... The first location had a power surge and had me wait 15 mins before stating their system still was not up. Both the Meridian and Greenwood locations have failed at any sense of customer service to their customers.
