But not so when I had to see someone about switching accounts she was dismissive not friendly at all like she could care less if I was there. She didn’t ask questions or offer any information or feedback just did transactions and ok we done. Not kind or helpful so different from my first experience at this branch the second time I came was the same a different lady. She actually just looked at me funny/ weird you feel like you are not welcomed. The tellers are wonderful nice kind and knowledgeable.

But when waiting to open new account she was very dismissive no questions no communication just did the transaction and that it not friendly or informative. Like she didn’t care if I was there or not she wasn’t rude or mean just not kind or could care less if I was there.
