  This is a pretty easy access location for me. I just go a few blocks on 71st and there’s a light making access so easy. They have always been helpful and friendly. We have been credit union members since 1979 (46 years!) and we have felt safe and secure.

  Great Bank. We have very few issues with this bank and everything has always been resolved. Friendly helpful staff.

  My experience in the physical building is typically a 4-5 star experience but l am a micro business so do almost 95% of my banking on line. The old system under TCU wasn’t always 5 stars but little of life is. The new system under the rebranding of Everwise is a 3 on a good day and usually a 1 star experience. I’m sitting here using my laptop having done my weekly transfers and deposits of the few paper checks l still receive, the balance at the top of the page won’t update, the phone app to deposit the checks hasn’t worked for almost 24 hours (tried unsuccessfully depositing the check at the job site on Saturday). “Notes” on digital deposits are hidden - have to go looking for them - why????? People l speak to by phone are pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful but l miss the TCU era.
