Only things I would change or consider a complaint would be they should have more ATMs with free withdrawal options available. Also, I never got my bonus for referring a friend twice now. Even though they and I met all of the requirements, and made sure to mention that I had referred them. Was given a very vague response in regards to when I would get the referral bonus if at all. Oh well. Not a big deal. I'd still refer people because of the Customer Service, credit consolidation, options, and loan possibilities yada yada.
