- TWTammy Wildt3 days ago5.0I just wanted to tell everyone that Herve at the 2331 N Meridian branch was an exceptional teller. My account got hacked and he patiently walked me through what I had to do. His patience and his caring attitude made the situation better. He went above and beyond. I also went a second time and I had the pleasure of getting him again. I had to finalize some paperwork from my mom's death and he again walked me through the steps. Both times he was so kind, caring and patient. On another note I had to get something notarized while there the second time. The notary who i believe was a supervisor or manager was not pleasant at all. She was rude and actually never said hello and when she finished i thanked her and got nothing back. When she walked away Herve tried to ask her something and she ignored him and continued to walk away. She was right beside me and I said ma'am and she ignored me and continued to walk away. Herve said it's ok. So I let it go. She was very rude and unpleasant and seemed to cause an unpleasant work environment. If you can go see Herve than I suggest going there. If you have to get something notarized stay away from that branch. She was very unpleasant to say the least. Rude and acted like you were a bother.
