Try to cash an insurance check that they verified and said it was no good then try to accuse me of being fraudulent even gave them the number to my agent and the insurance company, which is farmers insurance Then had them threaten to call the police? And refused to give back my drivers license?Yeah I’m not a deadbeat or a criminal very unprofessional. I can’t express that enough. My insurance company is now conducting an investigation of this location. They may not be able to cash any check from my insurance company for anyone anymore thank God nobody should have to experience this. The main manager that they called for approval like a pit boss needs to be let go and should not be allowed to have any access to anyone in Customer service .
