- SMStephanie MarieJun 26, 20251.0My husband & I went here to do a wire transfer for the home buying process. The professionals in this process told us to do so the day before so we would be able to receive our keys at closing. Well, at this location a Mr. Frank Traina, kind of blew my husband off. Straight up refused to do it & told my husband, "even if we do it right now it wouldn't matter, it will still be received by them tomorrow morning I cant do it today". Which is what we needed.... Anyways, we went to the Dyer location & the wire was completed in less than 10 minutes, the gentleman was polite & congratulated us on our first home. Oh & to add we showed up at 3:30pm to the highland location & was refused, got to the Dyer location at 4pm & we had no issues. Do better Highland..😒
