- JOjames oosborneApr 2, 20191.0My dad has been banking here for 20 years. I started managing his accounts when he got sick. They are CONSTANTLY debiting his account 2ce for the same payment. One debit when pending and one when complete. One time $300 vanished with zero transaction history. They really could care less about their customers when you call to solve an issue. Its in their nation wide policy to not protect their customers accross the board. Also they are constantly having technical errors with their app. Trying to maintain the longstanding bank account for credit reasons. Dropping this bank as soon as I can! Actually got charged twice AGAIN today. There is almost no point in calling because they wont fix it...but here goes nothing.
