- JLJudd LawrieSep 3, 20245.0Needed to open a bank account for an estate. After calling 2 other big banks (that I have banking relationship with, by the way) and being told to request an appointment and maybe manager can get to me this week, I called SYB. They answered the phone, (no auto teller,) told me what to bring, and got me in same day. Manager Leo H. efficiently opened the account and got me going in probably less than 30 minutes. The new branch on Emerson and County Line Rd is great. I honestly don't know why I don't do all of my banking here.
