- RBronald beebeDec 9, 20251.0just sat in the drive thru on south 135 branch for 20 minutes. never got my deposit processed and finally had to have the items sent back out so I could get to work. Not the TELLERS FAULT as they only had one for the whole branch and she was split between myself and "another customer inside". apparetnly there is no manager that will help out. If they are only going to staff a branch with one teller at a time, I will find a different bank. eliminates any benefit of or reason to have a drive thru window.
