They always look out for me, our small business, greet me by name, answer any questions I may have and promptly take care of any issue I may have. One associate in particular, Mr. Logan Cox, always, always goes out of his way to ensure that all of the financial tools available to me through ECU are working properly. During a recent trip, I was having difficulty with our company credit card. He thoroughly researched the issue, fixed it, then double checked to be certain that our other cardholders did not have a similar issue. All, promptly and successfully. This is not the only time, Mr. Cox has come to our rescue. Several months ago, we were almost the victims of a check washing scam. Without the prompt attention of Tracy, Logan, and the other associates who worked together seamlessly to stop the thieves, our business would have been out $5000 in just a matter of minutes. Logan issued an alert and was actually on the phone with another branch on the north side of Indy as the second participant in this scheme presented another washed check. This all took place in a matter of about 15 minutes. Standing there at out Greenwood branch the entire time, I was amazed, and still am, at the professionalism, knowledge, promptness, methodology and care taken to protect their customer, our business. It was very much "superhero stuff". I cannot express enough, how amazing it is to have my bank, our bank, stand behind us at every turn - which in small business, there are a lot of those...and have confidence that they are there for us at any time, no matter the issue. ECU is the best. Their staff, management, the tools they provide for small business are literally game changers.
