- DHDavid HoffmanJan 5, 20261.0Best decision I made was to leave this bank years ago. No customer service. I have one loan left and called my rep - got voicemail. Called this branch (twice) they were “busy serving others” and provided the 1-877 number for their contact service rep. Yep, got a message they were “serving others”, and I waited 15 minutes. Finally Tommy answered. Oops, he can’t answer a loan question and sends me to ANOTHER place. I waited on hold for another 15 minutes until I just hung up. Go to a real bank with real people that can help!
- SPSean PoyserApr 7, 20251.0Terrible bank. Lost it's luster during the change from MFB to mutual. Mutual to NWB was just a dumpster fire. Corporate says one thing, branch says another then they switch. I've had them deny service, claim they don't have something on file, literally several times in a row. I've been issued a card with the wrong CVV, a card that was attached to the wrong account. Had to make three online accounts when I should only have one. MY ADVICE, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
