Even after that person left, I approached the employee to let her know I had an appointment, and she simply said in a very unfriendly way, "Okay, sit down over there." Then, she proceeded to help someone else who had just arrived. I believe it was a racist act on her part because I didn't receive the same treatment as the others. She smiled at the other customers, but not at me. It was a very bad experience, the worst, so I decided to leave after waiting 10 minutes.
