    NO! NO! NO! Do not bank here! We banked with Mutual for years and even had our mortgage through them. When Northwest took over things went downhill fast. To start, they made changes to our existing mortgage agreement without our permission. They are difficult to work with and their hours are ridiculous. If I hadn't locked in such a low rate on my mortgage when it was still Mutual we would have refinanced through another lender years ago. Thankfully we only have a few years left to pay... and then I think we will have a parade in the parking lot to celebrate no longer having to deal with their BS. Go literally anywhere else.

    Absolute trash. Have called and told them n multiple occasions to quit allowing “overdrafts” and they won’t. Every time we turn around the money isn’t either showing accurately on the bank app or we’re being double hit by a bill and a double or even triple over draft charge. Never met a more incompetent bank corp in my life.

    No its not a nice bank. I was hung up on for not understanding something. The people there are rude. Will take my business somewhere else!

    Bank would not transfer from savings as promised. Bank charged fees as a result of their own unwillingness to transfer from savings. Do not bank here it is a SCAM.
