  The one star was just so that i could leave this review. My wife is in school to be an addictions counselor and received a school refund check and took it to the bank for processing. As the teller was explaining her options she ran the check through the check reader before my wife could stop her. Now there is a hold on the funds until Christmas Eve. We called and tried to see if anything could be done and the teller that answered the phone was rude and just kept blaming my wife for not saying anything sooner. The check had already been ran through their system. If we had known that was the case we would have just cashed it at Walmart or something! The teller basically kept saying “well you should have told her not to deposit it” and was just completely rude and uncaring and just kept saying over and over that there was nothing that she can do other than have my wife apply for a credit card. Her tone was totally unsympathetic and the manager even sarcastically said “Tis the season” to my wife’s frustration. They offered her $100 which she accepted only to find out her account was -$100 this morning. To which the rude teller said “well you never should have been allowed to withdraw that money” cool. Well she was …. As soon as the funds are available she will be withdrawing them and closing this account for the simple fact that the customer service at this location is AWFUL.

  There's been 2 separate occasions where my account has been accessed. One where money was being taken out and another when someone had deposited $10,000 and they were very quick to remove it but they have my account locked and will not let me access my money until they do an investigation. Very upset with keybank these past 3 months.

  We recently applied for a credit card at key bank September 20th 2017.... But it is taking us a month and half trying to get things finalized . This process is still on going. Key bank lack the enthusiasm for our business. They never return emails or phone calls, never show interest in us and when they did it was a week later. Yesterday October 18th we finally received a call stating we need a proof address and the other documents we submitted wouldnt work. The loan officer also stated their both will be on vacation at the same time and next Monday he will respond to us. As time contines to go.Are you telling me there is no else in key bank to help with this process. This is ridiculous..
