- CBCaroline BurnsFeb 19, 20241.0I have been a Wells Fargo customer my entire life, a few years ago Flagstar took over their Fort Wayne branch, and since then I have had the WORST experiences. I have had Flagstar send letters to me that they “accidentally leaked my information” which may lead to identity fraud numerous times. Some days online banking is down and you cannot check your account. The people are rude, impossible to work with, and I do not feel that my information is safe. Currently they are rebranding, and they think that it is acceptable to have online banking down for a WHOLE WEEK. I am unable to check my account which makes me nervous to even spend my money. I plan on leaving but do not come to this bank.

Archaic processes/systems, poor management and lack of training is clearly evident- typical of the stag-old bank corporate culture that's dying a slow death. Paid off and closed my account today.... goodbye Flagstar.
