Pouring down rain and water puddles leading to the door , I walk into the bank and slipped because of it being so wet outside and the tiles inside the entry way became slippery. Now I am wet and have a sore knee. Your employee was very cold and unfriendly .

This location specially is never willing to go above and beyond with customer service. Have had one instance when I forgot my purse and was willing to confirm all info in my account and they couldn't do anything for me so I went to another location and had no problems. Every other week I cash my check and deposit it so it is available immediately and have done this at this location multiple times and they would not do this for me today due to policies that have always been in play? I had them cash my check and told them I will look for a bank that would be willing to do this for me and zero support was offered to keep myself and my husband as one of their clients/customers just that it was my choice to do that. Don't feel that I would want people with minimal loyalty to their customers to have control of my money
