The Assistant Branch Manager really needs to work on her communication skills as she is RUDE to customers with her nasty remarks. BAD Customer Service will NO longer be tolerated as I will close my multiple Accounts in the near future!!

I also asked to change my address and showed my government issues drivers license and the teller refused to change my address. Straight up refused. I’ll be closing my accounts promptly and I will be finding a new bank.
