- ETE. R. T.Aug 21, 20251.0Their on-line registration system just absolutely sucks. After many attempts we didn’t 25 minutes in the phone with India only to be told that e need to visit our local branch for help with on-line access. My confidence in the local branch being able to help us is zero.

They observed me walking around and still nothing. It wasn’t till I was almost out the door that someone came. I had to drive to the other bank just for help. Will not recommend anyone go there.

They hold mortgage of deceased person & while the personal representative was waiting for judge to appoint..said person called to notify them but they refused to take any information & refused to freeze the account so it continues to accru late fees & extra interest..essentially STEALING FROM A DEAD GUY WHO CANT DEFEND THEIR ACCOUNT. Rep received the legal appointership..went to the branch to show copies of legal papers & get fast talk..mortgage now says 0 balance & thousands of $$ have disappeared out of checking & savings accounts & say they still can't talk to rep even with papers..so no idea where the $ went or how to catch up mortgage..hours later see on court estate web site..they went behind my back & attacked estate instead of working with the appointed rep...where's the checking savings $? Where did mortgage go? Kicker...only 3 payments late...if you want someone to work with you..DONT CHOOSE THIS BANK! IF YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR MORTGAGE DONT CHOOSE THIS BANK...SHAME ON OLD NATIONAL..YOU ARE LEGAL THIEVES!!!
