After many attempts we didn’t 25 minutes in the phone with India only to be told that e need to visit our local branch for help with on-line access. My confidence in the local branch being able to help us is zero.

They observed me walking around and still nothing. It wasn’t till I was almost out the door that someone came. I had to drive to the other bank just for help. Will not recommend anyone go there.
