Even when my account went paperless, Old national was still charging me $10 a month to send me a paper copy of my banking statement. The app barley worked for me. Old nation is useless. There was a time I went to pay my rent at the Washington Ave location and when a hostile customer began to take his frustration out on those around him, there was an employee who engaged with the man by taunting me, calling him names, challenging him to a fight, threatening him, and chasing him out of the building. She was completely unprofessional! She was seemingly proud of what she just did because she was boasting as she walked back in. But honestly, if this man was mentally ill or under the influence AND had a weapon, all of our lives would be at stake! I’m sure old national doesn’t train their employees to behave that way! I would not feel safe at all if a real emergency took place. The female employee even seemed to brag to the police when he came out. I haven’t been to that old national since! I wouldn’t know if that woman still works there. But when I sent an email to the manager, I never got a reply or an apology or anything. Don’t waste your time with old national!
