- CCCamala CooleyApr 24, 20253.0Teller advised they do not take change. I stated you’re a bank that does not take change? She said they do not. I asked it they would take $9 in quarters? She stated only if they are in rolls. I asked so you won’t take $9 in quarters? She stated she is not allowed to count change. I told her I can count the change. She said okay. So I counted out the change and she took. Super confusing.

We had issues with a title for a car .I called up to the bank and Karen Alvey spent all afternoon going out of her way to help me after multiple people working at the other branches said no. She is an amazing asset to the team here and really went above and beyond what she had to. I live three states away and she still treated me like an everyday customer. Thank you so much. She deserves a promotion for sure.
