Genius move, guys. They scooped up my auto loan on June 7th, then apparently went on vacation until August 11th before remembering to send the title memorandum. Meanwhile, my plates expired in July, so I had a perfectly good car sitting in the driveway like an expensive lawn ornament. Couldn’t drive it, but don’t worry—they still wanted their money. Because obviously, paying for something you can’t use is peak customer satisfaction. Now we’ve got a court date at the end of the month. I’ll bring the popcorn, Old National—you bring the excuses. I’m sure it’ll be entertaining watching you explain why six weeks of incompetence is somehow my fault. So if you’re thinking of doing business with Old National Bank, ask yourself: Do you enjoy stress, delays, and paying for nothing? If yes, congratulations—you’ve found your bank. If not, don’t walk… run.
