- GTGene TenbargeAug 21, 20251.0We opened a checking account for my wife’s personal use. Trying to get on- line access has been a complete nightmare. Long story short, we ended up on a phone line with a very nice Indian lady after holding for 25 minutes only to be told that we will have to visit a local branch to have on-line access. This was the poorest system I have ever seen for setting up on-line access. I did get help with the on-line access, but then deposited a check from my own Chase bank account trying to transfer funds to Old National. I received a notice by snail mail from ONB saying that my deposit, of my own money, would be held for nine days! I also ordered checks for my new checking account, was charged $30, and received only 50 checks. That’s 60 cents per blank check!!!
- PSPetra SafeApr 30, 20205.0I brought my wife to the USA after living in Europe several years. We tried a credit union first and they didnt allow her to join so we went to Old National. They treated us so good and were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. My kids even wanted to run to the little toy area and the employees were so welcoming. Thank you Old National!
