- ETE. R. T.Aug 21, 20251.0We opened a checking account for my wife’s personal use. Trying to get on- line access has been a complete nightmare. Long story short, we ended up on a phone line with a very nice Indian lady after holding for 25 minutes only to be told that we will have to visit a local branch to have on-line access. This was the poorest system I have ever seen for setting up on-line access. I did get help with the on-line access, but then deposited a check from my own Chase bank account trying to transfer funds to Old National. I received a notice by snail mail from ONB saying that my deposit, of my own money, would be held for nine days! I also ordered checks for my new checking account, was charged $30, and received only 50 checks. That’s 60 cents per blank check!!!

Was not even able to finish my transaction because she rudely cut me off because it's the end of her day. That's not how customer service works.
