    Honestly, they were good for the first year but recently, I’ve been having issues with them adding debt to my account for an insurance they “added” because I didn’t have any proof of it. I spoke to my lawyer and I’ve shown the times I’ve sent it, screenshots and I’ve had insurance on the vehicle since I financed. As of yesterday I won’t be a part of liberty. They charged me every month even though I’d send proof and their live chat is even worse. The customer service rep doesn’t even answer your questions, they just tell you to call some number. But I won’t have to deal with this credit union anymore but they will be dealing with from lawyer thankfully. 😅

    I experienced some challenges due to an accident and they showed ZERO sympathy and failed to assist when I asked for help. They are the only financial institution, out of all of the ones I bank with, that was rude and insensitive to my condition at that time. They also do not have systems that update accurately so information is faulty. They need training on how to better service customers and need to invest in better systems. Kindness is the key. They make it extremely hard to make payments online to the point where I had to call to make payments over the phone and they charge you for this! It's despicable. Because their system is terrible, your payments take forever to post which then makes them charge late fees and additional interest. Take your money elsewhere. It is not worth the headache. Also, discrimination is an issue here...

    David Renick and his team made the entire process very friendly and easy. Very good communication, service, the platform was easy to navigate. Access to all the documentation at any time. Live status tracking. Even the closing disclosure was extremely easy and quite joyful. Would definitely recommend for anyone shopping for a home.

    I opened an account online. I was approved for a checking and savings account. A day later my application was denied for “inconsistency” on my application and consumer credit report. They stated they were unable to verify my identity. I sent them a copy of my drivers license my Social Security card proof of address also a selfie with me holding my drivers license and they still said they had trouble verifying my identity. I believe I was discriminated against. Will report this credit union IMMEDIATELY. Would not recommend

    I see a lot of people complaining about auto loans. Im on my second auto loan and I've had no trouble at all. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, it doesn't have anything to do with this location. It's the app, I have to sign in 3 to 4 times everytime for several years now just to get in to see my accounts. It'll say my time has expired a couple times, it'll just pull up the external accounts,which I dont have any,then I'll have to logout just to be able to log back in. The app sucks.
