- JDJamie DaysDec 22, 20255.0I have had this bank since it switched over. They have always been helpful and work with you the best they can. You get updated when there is an unusual transaction. The only thing is when someone does hack you it takes 7 to 10 business days to get another card. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful.
